Global experts in sustainable infrastructure development in cold regions and permafrost science will meet at the Québec City Convention Centre in August 2019. The 18th International Conference on Cold Regions Engineering and the 8th Canadian Permafrost Conference (ICCRE-CPC 2019) was made possible thanks to the efforts of a team under the management of civil engineer Guy Doré, a tenured professor at Université Laval’s Faculty of Science and Engineering, and holder of the NSERC Industrial Research Chair on the interaction heavy loads/climate/roadways (i3C).
