Québec City’s Ambassadors’ Club was founded in 1995 by the Québec City Convention Centre, Québec City Tourism, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Québec International later joined as a partner. The initiative is the responsibility of Québec City Business Destination, the city’s official convention bureau.
This select group includes professors and researchers from various university departments, faculties, and affiliated research centres as well as business people, business executives, and organizations in every sector. In addition to their professional activities, our ambassadors draw upon their networks of contacts to convince decision-makers and their organizations to choose Québec City for their conference.
The convention ambassadors’ work is very important for the Québec City area. These influential men and women contribute to the region’s economic development and international reputation and help foster the advancement of knowledge in several key sectors.
