Frédéric Guay is a full professor in the Department of Educational Foundations and Practices at Université Laval. He also holds the Canada Research Chair in Motivation, Perseverance and Academic Success.
His research themes are related to motivation, academic success and perseverance as well as the psychosocial dimensions associated with the educational and vocational guidance of adolescents and young adults.
Guay is responsible for organizing the10th SELF Biennial International Conference that will take place at Université Laval in June 2022.
