Charles-Darwin Annan is Full Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Water Engineering in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Université Laval. Dr. Annan’s research interests focus on sustainable infrastructure and the development of resilient systems to improve the performance of metal structures under extreme load conditions.
Charles-Darwin Annan and his colleague Pampa Dey are organizing the International Aluminum Conference (INALCO) that will take place in Québec City in September 2022.
